Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking of Atizay Art Retreat.

1. COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

Everyone’s safety is our priority and we want to make sure that we can all enjoy this retreat safely. We do ask that every travelers carry documentation of negative COVID-19 PCR test results no later than 72 hours prior to arrival in Mexico. All test results must be sent to info@atizayshop.com no later than October 29th.

2. DEPOSITS

$ 400 from all bookings are non-refundable and non-creditable due to the requirement to purchase non-refundable and non-transferable essentials including but not limited to accommodation reservations on your behalf to secure your spot on the retreat.

3. REFUND/ CANCELLATION

We understand that unexpected events can happen that affect your plans.

If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, you may request a 50% refund (less $400 deposit)

All retreat payments become non-refundable less than 90 days before retreat start date.

4. PHOTOS, VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION

Photos or video may be taken by participants or Atizay Team. These images may be used in Atizay promotional materials, website and all social media platforms, unless the individual specifically request to the photographer or in writing to Atizay, to not use any material your image is depicted in.
