PHOTOVILLE is New York City’s FREE premier photo destination. Produced by United Photo Industries, the annual festival is a modular venue built from re-purposed shipping containers. By creating a physical platform for photographers of all stripes to come together and interact, Photoville provides a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse audience — a veritable cross-section of the world’s photographic community.

Photoville returns for an eight year in picturesque Brooklyn Bridge Plaza, from September 12-22, 2019. Once again, Brooklyn Bridge Plaza—located in Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO beneath the majestic span of the Brooklyn Bridge— will be transformed into an immersive photography village populated by 65+ shipping containers repurposed into galleries.

Thursday September 12: Photoville OPENS FREE to the Public – 4pm – 10pm

Friday September 13: Opens 4pm – 10pm  + Exhibitions, Talks, workshops, night time events

Saturday September 14: Opens 12pm – 10pm + Exhibitions, Talks, workshops, night time events

Sunday September 15: Opens 12pm – 8pm + Exhibitions, Talks, workshops, night time events

September 16 – 18:  Photoville takes a nap (closed to the public)

Thursday September 19: Opens 4pm – 10pm + Photoville Education Day (to register your students go to our education page!)

Friday September 20: Opens 4pm – 10pm + Exhibitions opened with Night Time events

Saturday September 21: Opens 12pm – 10pm + Exhibitions, workshops, night time events

Sunday September 22: Opens 12pm – 8pm + Exhibitions, workshops, night time events

Please Note: All Exhibitions & the Photoville Beer Garden are open every day during Photoville’s Operating Hours
